Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

At Ambikriti, every product is carefully curated and quality-checked before dispatch. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer general returns. However, in certain exceptional cases, we offer replacement or refund subject to verification.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Return Policy (General)

  • Ambikriti does not accept returns for reasons such as:
    • Change of mind
    • Personal preference
    • Color, design, or size expectations
    • Incorrect address provided by the customer

All purchases are considered final sale, except in the cases mentioned below.

2. Eligible Cases for Replacement / Refund

We will offer a replacement or refund only if the issue is due to our mistake, and proper proof is provided.

a) Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive a product different from what you ordered:

  • You must share a clear unboxing video
  • The video must be recorded from the moment the package is opened
  • The request must be raised within 12 hours of delivery

b) Damaged or Defective Product

If the product is:

  • Damaged during transit, or
  • Has a manufacturing defect

You must:

  • Share an unboxing video clearly showing the damage or defect
  • Raise the issue within 12 hours of delivery

Without an unboxing video, claims will not be accepted.

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video Policy

  • The unboxing video must be:
    • Continuous (no cuts or edits)
    • Clearly show the outer packaging, inner packaging, and product
  • Requests without proper video proof will be rejected
  • Videos submitted after 12 hours of delivery will not be considered

4. Replacement Process

  • Once your request is received, our team will verify the issue
  • If approved:
    • A replacement product will be shipped (subject to stock availability), OR
    • A refund / store credit will be offered (at our discretion)

Replacement timelines may vary depending on product availability and logistics.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only if:

  • Replacement is not possible, OR
  • We explicitly approve a refund after inspection

Refund Process:

  • Returned product (if required) will first be received and quality-checked
  • After successful verification, the refund will be:
    • Credited back to the original source of payment, OR
    • Issued as a store credit / coupon for future Ambikriti purchases

The refund method will be decided by Ambikriti.

Refund Timeline:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days
  • Actual credit time depends on your bank or payment provider

6. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be sent via email to ambikriti@gmail.com
  • Cancellation approval is entirely at Ambikriti’s discretion
  • Once an order is:
    • Packed, or
    • Dispatched

It cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

7. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
  • For international orders (if applicable):
    • Only the product cost may be refunded
    • Shipping, customs, and duties are non-refundable

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Ambikriti shall not be liable for:
    • Minor variations in color or finish due to photography or lighting
    • Delays caused by courier partners or external factors
    • Incorrect delivery due to wrong address or contact details provided by the customer
