Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged during transit, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. Email us at support@ambikriti.com with clear photos or an unboxing video of the damaged product and your order number. We will gladly arrange for a free replacement.
Returns & Exchanges
To maintain the purity and integrity of our pooja essentials, we generally do not accept returns for a change of mind. However, if you are genuinely unsatisfied with the craftsmanship, please reach out to us within 3 days, and we will evaluate your request on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Process
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item in its original, unused condition.
