Once an order is confirmed and processed, it cannot be modified.

6. Order Cancellation

• Cancellation requests must be sent to ambikriti@gmail.com.
• Approval of cancellation is entirely at Ambikriti’s discretion.
• Orders that are packed or dispatched cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

7. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors.
• Ambikriti is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or force majeure events.
• Risk of loss passes to the customer upon successful delivery.

8. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

• Ambikriti follows a No Return Policy.
• Replacements or refunds are offered only in cases of:
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged or defective product

Strict conditions apply:

• Mandatory unboxing video
• Issue must be reported within 12 hours of delivery

Refunds, if approved, will be issued:

• To the original payment method, OR
• As store credit / coupon, at Ambikriti’s discretion
