Shipping Policy

At Ambikriti, we ensure careful packaging and reliable delivery of all orders through trusted courier partners. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand how orders are processed and delivered.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after order confirmation.
  • In case of high order volumes, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances, processing time may be extended. Customers will be informed accordingly.

2. Shipping Coverage

  • Currently, Ambikriti ships across India.
  • International shipping (if available) will be subject to additional charges, customs duties, and local regulations of the destination country.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly communicated on the Website.
  • Shipping charges once paid are non-refundable, except in cases where the order is cancelled before dispatch.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Domestic orders are usually delivered within 3–10 business days after dispatch.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on:
    • Customer location
    • Courier partner
    • Weather conditions
    • Government restrictions or unforeseen delays

Ambikriti shall not be liable for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS with tracking details.
  • Tracking updates are subject to availability from the courier partner.

6. Delivery Guidelines

  • Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.
  • Ambikriti will not be responsible for:
    • Delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address or phone number
    • Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability
  • In such cases, re-shipping costs may be borne by the customer.

7. Damaged Packages During Delivery

  • If the outer package appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please:
    • Record a clear unboxing video
    • Raise the issue with us within 12 hours of delivery
  • Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

8. Partial Shipments

  • In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability or packaging requirements.
  • Customers will be notified accordingly.

9. Delivery Confirmation

  • Delivery is considered complete once the order is marked as delivered by the courier partner.
  • Ambikriti shall not be responsible for theft or loss of packages after delivery confirmation.

10. Force Majeure

Ambikriti shall not be held liable for failure or delay in delivery due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Strikes
  • Lockdowns
  • Government regulations
  • Transportation disruptions
